A panel of judges was assembled and tasked with combing nomination materials to decide the winner in each category. COO (and “co-owner”) Jessie Gill was subject to a November 2017 sexual harassment filing in Nevada.

It was not until Perez complained to a supervisor that co-owner of Atrient, Jessie Gill, was engaged in a campaign of sexual harassment and assault of Perez, that Atrient, after months of harassment and retaliatory conduct by Jessie Gill, sought to place Perez on a performance improvement plan (“PIP”), and attempted to intimidate her into signing an NDA, which she refused to sign. In fact, as another example of the retaliatory conduct of both Atrient and Gill, Atrient recently fired Perez and contemporaneously served her with the instant complaint on the same day the complaint was filed, November 16, 2017.

Case was dismissed in response to motion by Wendy Perez.

Gill has a criminal history as well.

In 2013, he was arrested as part of a prostitution sting in Oklahoma City.

In 2008, he was sentenced to one day in jail and probation for a DUI and two counts of endangerment.
